Music Ministry: August 2 is Communion Sunday
New hymns, two will be new, easy and pretty
(Posted July 31, 2015) Communion Sunday is this coming Sunday (August 2, 2015). Nancy Wildman will be our soloist and lead us in hymn singing. Her lovely voice will be supported by guitar and piano. Rev. Mary Lou Howson, who will be preaching this Sunday, selected all of the hymns. Two of them will be new, easy and pretty. I will play them softly before the start of the service.
The week following I’ll be attending a conference in Pennsylvania, so I will not play on August 9th. Howard Rovics and Cheryl Hill will be the musicians for that Sunday.
